COMMENTING ON TAN SRI SANUSI JUNID'S MENTION ON FREEMASON

I was surprised to read the statement by Tan Sri Sanusi Junid a while back. It was published in a national newspaper and his blog where he recounted his days when serving the Ministry of Internal Affairs long time ago. It’s not the content of his statement that surprises me. His revelation that the late Tunku was an inactive member of the Freemason’s movement is something which had been speculated by the watcher’s group.

But what’s really a surprise to me was the willingness of Tan Sri Sanusi to sort of indicates that the Freemason has been here in Malaysia since before the days of independence. He goes even further by saying that he used to know several of them which I presume also by their names. From his statement, we can also assume that he know the identities of some of Malay Leaders back in 1978 whom were the Freemasons.

Oh yes we probably suspected it about it al along.. nevertheless it is so unfamiliar to see it indicated in black and white in Malaysian newspaper.. It’s get better because he is a high profile figures who used to be working side by side with our intelligence unit under Tun Ghazalie Shafie.

Now, I am going to republish his statement here for all to reads. Maybe we can together extract some information from a single paragraph published by Tan Sri Sanusi Junid.

On February 3, 2010 Tan Sri Sanusi Junid wrote to the newspaper and also published in his blogs as follows:-

"Saya memberi contoh pergerakan Freemason yang tersangat rahsia pergerakannya. Saya kenal ahli-ahli Freemason Melayu waktu saya bekerja di The Chartered Bank, Jalan Raja, Kuala Lumpur di mana terdapat akaun Freemason di bawah nama bendaharinya, yang bekerja di UOB di Singapura. Saya kenal siapa yang menjadi ahli pergerakan ini apabila mereka memasukkan yuran mereka ke akaun berkenaan. Saya perhatikan apabila keadaan dalam negara telah heboh mengutuk Freemason maka pemimpin-pemimpin Melayu yang menjadi anggota Freemason telah berhimpun di Equatorial Hotel untuk membuat penjelasan bahawa mereka tidak akan mengkhianati bangsanya dengan menjadi ahli Freemason. Perdana Menteri Tunku Abdul Rahman sendiri telah menjelaskan bahawa beliau menjadi ahli sebagai 'cara nak berkawan saja ... tak ada apa-apa pun.... bukan badan politik pun. ... kalau mereka rugikan Melayu saya takkan ikut mereka..."

Hence, here are some of the information confirmed by him:-

(a) Quote : “Saya kenal ahli-ahli Freemason Melayu waktu saya bekerja di The Chartered Bank, Jalan Raja, Kuala Lumpur ..”

Revelation: Tan Sri Sanusi Junid was appointed as Senior Manager of Standard Chartered Bank Kuala Lumpur in 1971. So that confirms that in 1971 the Masonic movement has already been strong in Kuala Lumpur.

(b) Quote: “waktu saya bekerja di The Chartered Bank, Jalan Raja, Kuala Lumpur di mana terdapat akaun Freemason di bawah nama bendaharinya, yang bekerja di UOB di Singapura..“

Revelation: There was (and still) a Freemason Account in Standard Chartered Bank Kuala Lumpur. The purpose is to collect the ‘fees’ which shall then be forwarded to United Overseas Bank in Singapore. So yes, Singapore has been the Freemason’s Centre of Asian Operation since long time ago.

The United Overseas Bank mentioned here was founded in Singapore in 1935 by Kuching-born Datuk Wee Kheng Chiang. Interestingly enough, Datuk Wee Kheng Chiang also the man behind the founding of Bian Chiang Bank in Sarawak in 1924. Today, the UOB Bank is a leading Bank in Asia with 5 subsidiaries across Asia namely United Overseas Bank (Malaysia), United Overseas Bank (Thai), PT Bank UOB Indonesia, PT Bank UOB Buana, United Overseas Bank (China) and United Overseas Bank Philippines.

On the other hand, the Bian Chiang Bank founded by the same man was purchased by UMNO-owned Fleet group in 1979 and renamed Bank of Commerce Berhad. Today the same bank is one of the leading Bank in Malaysia under the name of Bumiputra Commerce Bank Bank.

(c) “Saya perhatikan apabila keadaan dalam negara telah heboh mengutuk Freemason maka pemimpin-pemimpin Melayu yang menjadi anggota Freemason telah berhimpun di Equatorial Hotel”

Revelation: I assume this statement refers to the year 1978 when the late Haji Sulaiman Palestine challenged the late Tun Hussien Onn in UMNO general assembly because that I was told (I was only 3 years old back then) by my dad that was the first time the issues of Freemasons was highlighted in Malaysian politic and it was quite a news back then. Therefore if I interpret this statement correctly, Tan Sri Sanusi Junid was saying that some of our politician back then whom were members of Freemasons had gathered in Equatorial Hotel in the year of 1978 following the shockwave caused by the late Haji Sulaiman Palestine that year. For those who did not know who Haji Sulaiman Palestine was, well he is Anwar Ibrahim's uncle uses his last breathe to leave a message to Dr. Mahathir never to appoint his nephew as the next Prime Minister. We know that people on death bed would never lie.. So one could only speculate what sort of information he wishes to reveal to Tun Mahathir.

(d) Quote: “Perdana Menteri Tunku Abdul Rahman sendiri telah menjelaskan bahawa beliau menjadi ahli sebagai 'cara nak berkawan saja ... tak ada apa-apa pun.... bukan badan politik pun. ... kalau mereka rugikan Melayu saya takkan ikut mereka...”.

Comments: Well, at least the question whether or not Freemasons has been here since the day of the independence had been answered. Yep, they’ve been here for a very long time. Even now we know that there’s a Dewan Freemason in Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. Then of there’s the Penang Masonic Temple at the junction of Jalan Utama with Jalan Brown which had exists since 1924 and today managed by Penang Masonic Temple Sdn Bhd. In fact, the British Colonial Period in Tanah Melayu was started by a Freemason by the name of Captain Francis Light who hoisted the the first Union Jack on Tanah Melayu on August 11, 1786 with a promise of defending Kedah from the attack of Siam. He was be the second generation Freemasons after the the first Grand Lodge of England was formed in 1717.

But when 1790 when Siam did attack Kedah, Francis Light turned his back on Kedah which led to the Kedah-British war followed by the total handover of Penang to British East India Company. 19 years later the first Freemason Temple named the Neptune Lodge was build on September 1809. It can be said for certain that from the day the Union Jack was hoisted on Tanah Melayu, Freemason had infiltrated our politics and shaped the history of our nation until today.

The fact that the Freemasons has been in Tanah Melayu 171 years prior to our independence is a solid reason to belief that the Freemasons has been running free in this country prior to independence day. Knowing the purpose of the Illuminati and Freemason as they really truly are, there were an awful lot of things they can do within that 171 years. There’s also no secret that the British East India Company is a company established to carry out Freemason’s purpose of “Ordo Ab Chao” (Order of the Chaos) all over the world. The company which promotes itself as Trade Company is actually the LARGEST Legalized Drug Trafficking and Slave Trading Corporation in the history of the world. The fact that Officials of the British East India Company were prominent among the members of the Grand Lodge of Masonry of England is a matter of general knowledge. The company was responsible in shaping the history of India, China, Australia, and The United States (to name a few). Therefore there was no reason for the Freemasons to wet their feet in our soil unless they’ve planned to stay for long.

The presence of Freemasons 171 years before the independence and is what fuelled the stories behind the independence process and certain events took place after that. Some stories such as the real reason behind the formation of PAS as splinters of UMNO, the formation of the Coalition, the 1965’s parliamentary resolution to have Singapore to leave the Federation, , the May 13 incident, the 1969 sacking of Tun Mahathir from UMNO and many others does make you wonders whether our government was at that time had been infiltrated by the Freemasons. Whatever the truth is, one thing for sure. The Freemasons are here and they definitely been wearing all colors of our political parties.

(e) If Tan Sri Sanusi Junid knew about the Freemasons then definitely his former boss Tan Sri Ghazali Shafie also knew about them, and therefore it’s safe to say that our intelligence agencies also knows about them. I have no doubts that our beloved Tun Dr Mahathir also knew about it as well as all the other former Prime Ministers of Malaysia. People then might ask, why not eradicate the movement under ISA while there is still time?

What attracts people to join the Freemasonry is the assurance of mutual help which its members pledge themselves to give on joining. A Freemason is expected to give unlimited support to other members of the society. Members have certain signs by which they come to know each other, such as the way they shake hands with other people and certain additions in their signatures on letters, etc. I believe this is attraction of joining Freemason as described by the late Tunku Abdul Rahman. However, the support pledged here is not entirely financial. So it’s not that you have to lend your money to whomever members of Freemason coming to you. The purpose of allegiance is not about pledging money; instead it is more on promising a deed to be performed when the time finally came. It sometimes reminds me of the character in the Stepehen King’s novel ‘The Needful Things’ where the Devil character Mr.Gaunt sell items of desire in consideration of not money but a deed to be performed on certain individuals. The victims who accepted this trade thought that the transaction was an amazing bargain because the deed sounds harmless. However through a chain of events where multiple deeds were performed by numbers of unsuspecting people on the same time, the Devil was able to control the whole community and caused an unimaginable damage to the whole town.

Eradicating the Freemasons in Malaysia is not as easy as one could suggest. There’s a legal and common sense reasons against branding all Freemasons as enemies of the state. You have to really understand the thin veil separating the Freemasons and the Illuminati to understand most members of the Masonry are harmless. The existence of the Freemason was designed in a way similar to handful of vein of coconut palm frond (lidi kelapa). Each of the veins is harmless by its own, but a handful of it can be used to whack your ass till it bleed.

Each person who joins the Masonry truly believes that they posed no harm to anyone. If their position remains insignificant, the posed no danger to anyone and can even contributes to the community. But once the position had shifted into something which can be used for the higher purpose, they will find that the Freemasons are more than just a gathering of a bunch of old boys. So you see, the laws and common sense prevents us from arresting the ordinary members who attended the gatherings at Jalan Tun Razak or Jalan Utama. These people are the insignificants who technically done nothing wrong to anyone. The one who posed the threat are not them but those who already sat in the parliament or on their way to become leaders for their respective political parties be it UMNO, PAS, DAP, PKR etc etc. Similarly the danger can also come from the Freemasons who now are stewarding the country’s media, communications and banking. These higher degrees Freemasons no longer attend the Malaysian Temples. Like Anwar Ibrahim, they attend the overseas Lodge and receive their orders from abroad.

This is not to say that we should not try eradicates the problem. We must try because the Freemasons had done so much damage in this world. The harmless Freemason of today is the seeds of humans suffering of tomorrow. Yes some seeds never grow into poisonous trees but that doesn’t mean that we just let it be planted all over our backyards. Freemasons are thought not to believe in another being more superior than the human beings and by principle alone that is against the teachings of all religions. Freemason today is also the main vehicle of the Illuminati because Freemason (who promotes Capitalism) had succeeded where Communism and Socialism had failed. Members of the Freemasons who willing to trade their souls for power and worldly possession will eventually eyed a candidacy for ranks in the Illuminati.

Illuminati are the elites amongst the Freemasons. Once you’re in it then you have bestowed an honor upon yourself to sit next to Lucifer in the burning hell for eternity.

I think the government ought to do something about Freemasons in Malaysia. If the government can make a move against Al-Arqam then there should be no reason not to make a move on the Freemasons. I do not see how the Freemason can be less harmful then Al-Arqam anyway. The Freemasons never made their presence a secret in Malaysia (they have buildings and websites and even registered as companies and organization) therefore no one can make a fun of the government if the government finally decided to acknowledge the existence of Freemason in Malaysia. If no legal action can be taken, at least our Majlis Fatwa must issue a clear edict to prevents the Muslims from joining them. Sometimes I also cannot understand why they can issue an edict against Yoga but not on the Freemasons.

Think about it and I would love to hear your comment on this. Most of all I would love to hear Tan Sri Sanusi Junid's view if someone can bring a question to him on why our intelligence department never made a move against the Freemasons in our country.

9) Jadi bukan Tunku Abdul Rahman lah yang mencipta nama Malaysia. Jika begitu tertipulah kita gamaknya. Dan sudah tentunya juga mereka inilah yang telah mencatur dan mengatur (indirect rule) siapa yang patut memerintah dan generasi yang bagaimana patut dilahirkan oleh negara Malaysia itu kelak.

History of the Egyptian Obelisks

The obelisk, called TEJEN in the sacred language of the ancient
Egyptians, was a term which was synonymous with "protection" or "defense." The needle of stone had the function of perforating the clouds and dispersing negative forces that always threaten to accumulate, in the form of visible storms
or invisible ones, and was placed over the temple as a symbol of a petrified ray. The word "Obelisk" comes from the Greek obeliskos, meaning a prong for
roasting. It is a stone that is frequently monolithic, of a quadrangular base, placed upright and ending with a pointed top. It was placed in the center of large open spaces in the temples of the solar god RA. They arose, by the time of the predynastic period cults, to a great sacred stone which was raised in the Temple of Heliopolis, the "City of the Sun." As with the pyramids, this monument had a primitive relation with the solar cult. As a general rule, obelisks were erected
in pairs and served to magically protect the temple.
The obelisk is composed of two parts:the body and the pyramidon. The body is a long block of a conic trunk section and the pyramidon symbolizes the rays of the sun. The top is the point of a pyramid formation which crowns the monolith and rested on a base. It was plated in gold, a metal which the Egyptians affirmed was the "flesh of the gods."
The obelisks originated from the granite quarries of Aswan. In this place an unextracted obelisk still remains within the layer of rock. To 1.200 tons., it would have been the tallest, 41,70 meters, but was abandoned for the workman due to the appearance of fissures in the stone. It may have been the match for the Lateranense obelisk, a possible reason why there is only one in Karnak.

Generally, obelisks have inscriptions on all four sides and also parts of the pyramidon are sometimes carved with bas-relief. These monumente symbolize the stability and the creative force held by the solar god RA. The Egyptians believed that the solar rays brought a great vivifying power even into the grave which would have an effect on the subsequent resurrection of the deceased.

first words deciphered by Champollion. By analysing the texts of the Rosetta Stone and comparing them with those on the obelisk of Philae, Champollion had the
brilliant intuition that the names of the pharaohs in cartdrige were in hieroglyphs with
a phonetic value, and that it was therefore possible to establish an equivalence
between hieroglyphic and alphabetic signs.

Hubungan antara Freemasonry dan Illuminati

Pengikut Adam Weishaupt yang kebanyakan adalah penganut Kabbalah, kemudian secara teratur melakukan penyusupan ke dalam "Freemasonry" yang pada waktu itu dipimpin Friederich yang Agung dari Prusia, termasuk Duc d'Orleans. Untuk kepentingan tersebut Adam Weishaupt mahukan dukungan dari orang-orang kaya Yahudi. Sejak terjadinya penyusupan itu sulit sekali membezakan antara “Illuminati" dengan "Freemasonry". Bahkan logo "Illuminati" (piramid dengan mata Lucifer di puncaknya), kemudian digunakan sebagai logo "Freemasonry" di samping logo berbentuk "sesiku dengan sebuah jangkasudut".

Ketika 'Illuminati' dibubarkan pada bulan Ogos 1784 (akibat peristiwa terbongkarnya kerja-kerja Adam Weishaupt oleh Kerajaan Bavaria ketika itu), mereka dipindahkan markasnya dari Ingolstadt ke Frankfurt, yang berada dl hawah kontrol keluarga Rothschilds.Tidak lama sesudah itu "wang mengalir dengan deras ke lodge-lodge di Frankfurt, dimana dari sana dirumuskan sebuah perancangan yang didukung dengan pembiayaan yang kuat untuk mewujudkan revolusi dunia." Sejak itu pula gerakan Freemasonry dikuasai oleh penganut Kabbalah dari Illuminati.

Penyusupan ini berhasil mencetuskan Revolusi Perancis dengan dukungan "illuminatus" Perancis. Kemudian dari Jerman dan Perancis gerakan Freemasonry yang sudah dikuasai oleh golongan Kabbalah menugaskan beberapa orang revolusioner muda Yahudi untuk menulis ‘Manifesto Komunis'. Sadd al-Dharai and Hukm Sharii

Sadd al-Dharai (Blocking the means): Dharai (means) is the plural of Dhariah which signify means. Sadd means 'to block'. In Usul, it means 'blocking the means to evil'. Sadd al-Dharai is often used when a lawful means is expected to produce an unlawful result. 

The concept of Sadd al-Dharai is founded on the idea of prevention of evil before it materializes. There are examples of Sadd al-Dharai in the Quran (for instance, 6:108 and 2:104). The 'means' must conform to the 'ends' (objectives of Shariah) and 'ends' must prevail over the 'means'. If the 'means' violate the purpose of Shariah, these must be blocked. The purpose (Maqasid) of Shariah are identifiable from the texts. 

A general principle has been adopted by jurists that 'preventing harm takes priority over securing a benefit'. As such means, if they lead to evil, these must be rejected. Authority for Sadd al-Darai is also found in Sunnah. Prophet (SM) forbade a creditor to take a gift from debtor (as it could lead to taking of interest). He (SM) also forbade killing of hypocrites (as it could lead to dissention within community, also lead to wrongful killing on suspicion).

Despite the aforesiad, the Ulama of Usul are not in agreement over Sadd al-Dharai. Some accept it, some do not accept it. However, Shatibi is of the opinion that most Ulama have accepted it in principle, they differ only in application. Abu Zahra is also of the same opinion. (see textbook). 

Dharai have been divided into the following four types from the point of view of their probability of leading to evil ends : 

1. Means which definitely lead to evil. Such means are totally forbidden. 
2. Means which most likely to lead to evil and rarely leads to benefit. Examples of this are selling weapons during war time and selling grapes to a wine-maker. Most Ulama have invalidated such means.  
3. Means which frequently lead to evil, but there is no certainty or even dominant probability. Ulama differ widely on the illegality of such means (see text book).  
4. Means which rarely lead to evil. Examples are digging well in a place which is not likely to cause harm or speaking a word of truth to a tyrannical ruler. Ulama have ruled in favour of permissibility of these means. 

Sadd al-Dharai should not be used too much, particularly in the 3rd category stated above. Such use would render the 'mubah' (lawful) and the 'mandub' (recommended) as unlawful, which can not be accepted. 

Ibnul Arabi and Abu Zahra are in favour of moderation in its use. People of extremist tendencies can use sadd al-Dharai to restrict human freedom granted by Allah and the Prophet (SM) which must not be allowed to happen. 

Hukm Sharii (Value of Shariah Rules):   Hukm Sharii is the communication from the lawgiver (Allah and the Prophet (SM) on the authority of Allah) concerning the conduct of Mukallaf (on whom law is applicable, that is, a sane and adult person) which may be in the form of a demand or an option or only as an enactment. 

When the communication is made in the form of a demand or option, the Hukm is called Al-Hukm al-taklifi (defining law). If the communication is made in the form of an enactment only, it is called Al-Hukm al-Wadi (declaratory law) [see explanation below ].

Al-Hukm al-taklifi (defining law) may be in the form of Fard, Wajib, Mandub, Mubah, Makruh and Haram. According to majority, Fard and wazib are synonymous. If there is binding demand from the lawgiver to do something, it is wazib. However, the Hanafi's consider the demand Fard when both text and the meaning are definitive (qati) and wazib when either the text or meaning is speculative (Zanni - because Zanni is liable to interpretation of meaning or investigation of authenticity).  Difference between Fard and Wazib has important consequence. Denial of binding nature of a command established by definitive proof (Fard by Qati evidence) leads to unbelief. However, denial of Wazib (according to Hanafi's) or 2nd category of Fard (according to the majority) lead to transgression (Fisq). Wazib has (and Fard) been variously classified into the following: 

1. Wazib ayni (personal obligation of all Mukallaf) and Wazib Kafai (collective obligation, performance of some of the community would suffice).
2. Wazib Muwaqqat (Wazib contingent on time-limit, such as, Salah and Siam) and Wazib Mutlaq (absolute wazib which is free from time-limit, such as, Hajj). 
3. Wazib Muhaddad (quantified Wazib, such as, Zakah and Salah) and Wazib Ghair Muhaddad (unquantified Wazib, such as, charity to poor, paying Mohr to wife).  

A consequence of distinction between quantified wazib and unquantified wazib is that quantified wazib becomes a liability on the person who has not paid it in proper time. 

Mandub (recommended) denotes a demand not binding on the Mukallaf. Compliance earns spiritual reward but no punishment is inflicted for failure. This is the difference between Wazib and Mandub. Examples of Mandub are creation of charitable endowment (Waqf), giving alms to the poor and attending to sick. Mandub is also called Sunnah, Nafl and Mustahab.

Sunnah (Mandub) has been clasified into
 (a) Emphatic sunnah (Sunnah al-Muakkadah) - Examples are adhan, attending congregational prayer) and
 (b) Supererogatory Sunnah (Sunnah Ghair al-Muakkadah) - Examples are Nafl prayers and non-obligatory charity.
Neglect of sunnah al-Muakkadah is blameworthy but not punishable. Neglect of Sunnah Gair al-Muakkadah is neither blameworthy nor punishable. Examples of Mandub in the Quran can be seen in verses 2:282, 24:3.

Haram (also known as Mahzur) is a binding demand of lawgiver to abandon something. The level of proof required to establish prohibition is the same as Fard (as explained by early Hanafi Ulama) and of Wazib (as explained by the majority Ulama of Usul).

The texual evidence for Haram may occur in various forms such as:  

1. It may start with "Hurrimat alaykum" (forbidden to you) [5:3]  
2. It may be conveyed in negative terms such as "la taqtulu" (do not kill), "la takulu" (do not eat or take) [5:90; 2:188]. 
3. It may be in the form of a command to avoid (5:90, to avoid wine-drinking and gambling). 
4. It may be stated that it is not permissible (La yahilla lakum, 4:19) 
5. Prohibition may be proved by punishment provided for a conduct (Quran - verses on hadd penalties and also verses mentioning punishment of fire in the hereafter). 

Prohibition has also been classified into:
a) haram li-dhatih (which is forbidden for its own sake such as wine, gambling) and 
b) haram li-Ghayrih (which is forbidden for an external reason, such as, marrying a woman only to make her legal for another man) (tahlil).

Makruh is opposite of Mandub. It is preferable to omit it than to commit it. Committing Makruh is not liable to punishment or moral blame. This is the majority view. Hanafi's divide Makruh into : 

1. Makruh Tanzihi and 
2. Makruh Tahrimi. 

According to Hanafis, the commitment of Makruh Tahrimi entails moral blame but not punishment. There are traditions (Hadith) in which the word Kariha or its derivative has occurred. These are the textual basis for Makruh. 

Mubah (also termed halal and Jaiz) is a communication of the lawgiver which gives option to the Mukallaf (Quran 5:6; 2:235, 2:173). The Ulama of Usul include "Mubah" under Hukm Shari although including it under al-Hukm al-Taklifi is on the basis of probability as there is basically no liability. 

Al-Hukm al-wadi (declaratory law) enacts something as a cause (sabab), a condition (shart) or a hindrance (Mani) to the defining law. An explicit example is the hadith which says, "there is no 'nikah' without two witnesses". Thus the presence of witnesses has been made a condition of a valid marriage. Another example is the hadith, "there shall be no bequest to an heir" which enacts a hindrance (ma'ni) to bequest (wasiah).

Declaratory law is divided into 

1. cause, 
2. condition, 
3. hindrance, 
4. Azimah, and 
5. Rukhsha. 

Azimah is the law as the lawgiver had intended in the first place without any softening for any reason (example: all Ibadah in normal circumstances). A law is a Rukhsah when the law embodies the exception to take care of difficulties (example is granting concession to traveller to break fast). 

Rukhsah may occur 

1. in the form of permitting a prohibited thing on the ground of necessity, 
2. omitting a Wazib when conformity to wazib causes hardship (example is the provision for traveller to shorten salah or not to observe fast during Ramadan) and 
3. in the form of validating contracts which would normally be disallowed (for example, advance sale [salam] and order for the manufacture of goods [Istisnah], though the goods are non-existent). 

There is another kind of Shariah values called,

1. Sahih (valid),
2. Fasid (irregular), and
3. Batil (void).

The classification is made on the basis of compliance with essential requirements (arkam) and conditions (shurut) of Ahkam. When all these are fulfilled, the act is valid or sahih. If these are not fulfilled, the act is void or Batil.  The Ulama are in agreement that Ibadah can only be sahih or batil. In the matter of transactions also, the majority hold the same view. However, the Hanafis have validated an intermediate category in transactions called Fasid (irregular, not Batil) when there is some deficiency in the Shart (condition). If the deficiency is made up, it becomes Sahih. 

The pillars of Hukm Shari are -  

1. Hakim or lawgiver, 
2. Mahkum Fih or subject matter, 
3. Mahkum Alayh, i.e., on whom law is applied. 

The source of all law in Islam is ultimately Allah (6:57; 5:45). Mahkum Fih denotes the acts, obligations of the Mukallaf which may be in the form of Wazib, Mandub or Mubah. Mahkum Alayh deals with the legal capacity of the individuals or bear the rights and obligations imposed by Shariah. 

A person acquires active legal capacity when he attains a certain level of intellectual maturity and competence. Active legal capacity is only partial in case of a child (because of age) and in case of a person in death bed. 

Hukm Shari has also been classified into 

1. Haqq-al-Allah and 
2. Haqq-al-Ibad. 

Haqq-al-Allah or the rights of Allah is so called not because Allah benefits from them but because these are beneficial for the community at large. In other words, these are public rights. Worship, Hadud, Uqubah (minor punishments), Kaffarah, Jihad, etc. are within rights of Allah.

kira nya hari hari ada saja cerita pemimpin2 DAP seolah olahnya kita secara sedar atau tidak telah memberi satu publisiti yang amat besar kepada pemimpin2 haram jadah ini. cuba kita lihat bagaimana mereka menangkis segala cerita yang kita tembak, mereka cukup tenang tidak ada satu pun yang boleh mengugatkan kedudukan mereka, dan pemimpin2 UMNO pulak tak pandai pulak nak menjawab.

Kita sudah maklum, guan eng ini memang putar alam. pandai pusing macam gasing, memang benarlah apa yang pernah dikatakan oleh YB dato Azhar, tapi sebenarnya kita lah yang tak pandai nak menjawab balik. sebagai contoh isu jalan masuk ke komtar di tutup, guan eng menyalahkan pihak polis dengan mengatakan pihak polis yang mengarahkan tutup laluan masuk ke komtar kononnya demi keselamatan, tapi telah di jawab oleh ketua polis negeri, mereka tidak ada hak, itu adalah hak kerajaan negeri tuan punya bangunan tersebut, arab tengok kat sini guan eng dah mati akal tak boleh menjawab balik, 

apa saja yang kita cuba spin kan isu isu Pakatan DAP. PKR, dan PAS ada saja yang di putar belit kan oleh mereka, penghujungnya UMNO dan BN jugak lah di persalahkan, apa yang kita dah buat untuk pertahankan segala tohmahan mereka itu,,,,,,nothing lah, 

UMNO BN ada lah pembangkang di Pulau Pinang, tapi bersikap tak seperti pembangkang pun, yang umno sibuk sangat nak bagi peruntukan kepada rakyat kenapa???? dulu semasa pulau pinang UMNO BN memerintah, DAP. PKR. PAS menjadi pembangkang, ada kah mereka memberi bantuan kepada rakyat,  jawapanya TIDAK,  rakyat pulau pinang dah mula pandai .... kerajaan pakatan pun bagi duit, UMNO BN pun bagi duit, pengundi akan kata baik kami pangkah pakatan lagi, sekarang ini siapa pandai??? 

Pemimpin2 UMNO kena main isu ini, sebenarnya pemimpin2 DAP ada lah beragama kristian, bangsa je cina tapi agama kristian, Lim Guan Eng adalah agama kristian, pemimpin dap yang masuk masjid di selangor itu pun adalah agama kristian, hampir keseluruhan ahli ahli parlimen DAP  berbangsa cina ada lah agama kristian, kenapa kita tak main kan isu ini, baru lah orang melayu islam boleh bukak mata, baca link ini juga warisan2057: Mubaligh baca Khutbah di Selangor ?  jangan lah bodoh yang tak boleh di ajar, ini lah orang kata, sekolah tinggi empat tingkat...tapi bodoh nya enam tingkat,

Lim guan eng datang dari melaka....ramasamy tu pulak datang dari perak,dah tak ada ke pemimpin tempatan dari negeri pulau pinang????, main lah isu ini bila berhadapan dengan pengundi parti BN,

BANGUN LAH PEMIMPIN UMNO DAN BN DI NEGERI PULAU PINANG, SESEKALI JADI LAH JAHAT, SEDAR LAH KITA DAH JADI PEMBANGKANG, JADI LAH PEMBANGKANG YANG LEBIH JAHAT DARI MEREKA. JANGAN TAU CARI SALAH ORANG, TAPI TAK RETI NAK SERANG BALIK...!!!!!
